We dispatch quickly from our fulfilment network. Order before 22:00 and your order is prioritised for dispatch. Delivery times are shown at checkout.

Returns
We want you to love your Mirchetti cooling products. If something isn't right for you, you're covered by our 30-day returns.
- Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- Items should be returned in a resaleable condition with their original packaging where possible.
- To start a return, get in touch via our Contact page and we'll guide you through it.
2-year guarantee
Every Mirchetti cooling product is covered by a 2-year guarantee as standard, included at no extra cost. If something goes wrong through normal use within two years, we'll put it right.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by our returns policy or guarantee.
